Gemdale TEAM Cup 2010, on May 29th & 30th 2010

 

Dear Players, 

 

Pro Tennis Coaching is delighted to let you know that we are organizing a new tournament: "The Gemdale TEAM Cup 2010".

The Tournament will be held on May 29th and 30th 2010 at the Gemdale Green World Center:  N°68 Ruiling Road, Jiading District.

 

Schedule:

Saturday May 29th:

From 9:30 am to 1pm first 8 teams compete in the Qualifying Stage

From 1 pm to 5pm the remaining 8 teams compete in the Qualifying Stage

 

Sunday May 30th:

From 9.30am to 1pm for the Silver Cup Finals (all teams number 3 and 4 of their groups)

From 1 pm to 5pm for the Finals (best 2 teams of each group)

 

Rules

Each team is composed of 4 men players:

Each team must assign their players as follows before the beginning of the first game against another team:               
Single 1,         Single 2           and                  Double.

 

The tournament will be held at:

Gemdale Green World Center:  N°68 Ruiling Road, Nanxiang Town, Jiading District.

Winner team: 2000 rmb/person
Finalist Team: 1000 rmb/person

This tournament will be limited to 64players, however, there are 32 Chinese players already registered from Gemdale Club, so it means there are only 32 spots left for Foreign players.

Priority of registration will given to LADDER MEMBERS

 

Registration fees:        PTC Tennis Ladder or Coaching Members: 200 RMB

                                                                             - for non-members: 250 RMB                                                        

In case of rain, the tournament will be played on 4 courts, so the all schedule will be rearranged, but everyone will be notified accordingly.

 

Registrations deadline is Friday May 21st 2010. Registration will only be finalized after payment and sending all the information required in the Registration Form attached.

We will NOT validate any registration without prior payment anymore.

Simply go to www.ptctennisladder.com/tournaments and follow the link for tournament registrations and payments. You can pay by: Wire Transfer, Paypal or sending cash by courier.

For your information, there will be food and beverage available for very cheap prices on site.
